Booking Policies Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all color services. • Your deposit will be applied toward your appointment total. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, in addition to the forfeited deposit. No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Future appointments may require prepayment or may be declined after repeated no-shows. Special Circumstances I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at my discretion for verified emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
